Randomness [talon and acorn plz]

OOC: I made it cuhz I wanna see if Acorn can get Talon to talk XD

Talon laid down in a patch of sun in the Tribe camp. He got back from hunting a little while ago.

lol is this after the one with me, you and rose?

Acorn stretched out and she started walking past. "Hey, Talon. What're you doing?"

OOC: *shrug*

IC: Talon nodded hello. "Resting."

Acorn laughed. "Well, it's a really nice day, and you're resting!" She stretched out, seathing her claws out for a moment, retracting them the next.

"I just got back from hunting." Talon said. "I had to get up early."

Acorn sat next to him. "What did you catch?" She asked. She looked at the faint moon poking out from the thin clouds. She looked at Talon, waiting for a reply.

"I got a mouse and a hawk." Talon said, following her gaze to the moon.

Acorn thought of something else to talk about. "Do.. you know what Sharptooth is?"

tell me if i'm wrong, but isn't sharptooth a mountain lion or something (im not far enough.. im on chapt. 15 in The New Prophecy Moonrise xD

"It's a name for big cats living in the mountains." Talon said. "They never come here."
OOC: Yes, but this site is before the books XD

Acorn purred. "Really? That sounds facinating." She slid down to the ground, lying by Talon. "I've always wanted to go to the mountains. How much fun it would be!"

"We're in the mountains. I meant pretty far off in the mountains." Talon said.

"I meant explore. I've never explored. Never got to see what was WAY beyond the mountains, too." Maybe see some of those.. Clan cats i've heard so many rumours about!

Talon rested his head on his paws. "I like it here with my Tribe and that's all I want, really."

"Doesn't it get.." Acorn paused, "boring?"

"No." Talon said. "You have to think of all the things that push us to our limits, and how we can acheive grater than that." He smiled. "Every day is an adventure."

"Maybe for you, Talon. I'm just a Cave-Guard." Acorn said, lowering her voice.

"It can be for you, too." Talon said. "Think about it. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be here-we'd be attacked. And for you, it is easier to get the adventure. You can hunt if needed, or kill dangers. You could make a game out of patrols."

OOC: I'm going to change his color to red after this. Black Cloud is orange XD

Looking at her paws, Acorn fell silent. She didn't know how to respond. She was being selfish. They both knew that. "I understand." Acorn mewed. She lifted her head to the sky and stared off.

Talon didn't mean to sound mean or anything, and felt a bit guilty. He looked up at the sky too.

Acorn let out a heavy sigh and she smiled to herself. I guess i'm just fine.. She looked at Talon, who had looked at the sky, too. Things'll be going great.. I just know it.

Talon smiled. "What are you thinking?"

Acorn looked at Talon calmly and chuckled. "Nothing." She sounded guilty, and she shuffled her paws.
